Lessing-Flynn recently announced the promotion of several team members:

Jess Held has been promoted from vice president to executive vice president and chief operating officer.

Jordan Beynon has been promoted from account director to vice president of strategy and business development.

Emily Nichols has been promoted from account director to vice president of strategy and growth.

Chris Hanson has been promoted from creative director to vice president of creative services.

Joe Winn has been promoted from creative director to vice president of brand strategy.

Shannon Hughes has been promoted from digital and media manager to director of digital and media strategy. She has also joined Lessing-Flynn’s leadership team.

Amy Johnson has been promoted from office manager to director of business operations and has joined Lessing-Flynn’s leadership team.
