Crop insurance can be complicated, even for seasoned agents. That’s why ProAg works hard to get its network of independent agents the resources they need. As the leader in agent education and training, the volume of tools and information ProAg had available was known to be valuable, but not easily navigable. Agents needed a faster way to find what mattered most.

Resources were initially available in a long, unfiltered list on the ProAg website — and that wasn’t cutting it for future-focused agents. Time spent scrolling was taking away from time spent selling. ProAg partnered with Lessing-Flynn to reimagine the agent experience and build a more modern, intuitive Agent Resource Center.

The solution? A custom digital library that’s as efficient as the agents using it. We designed and developed a new section on ProAg.com, complete with smart filters, keyword-rich search and intuitive navigation. Filters were tailored to the way agents think — by product, material type and language. Whether it’s a form in Spanish or a product-specific infographic, resources are easier to find than ever.

By enhancing the page experience, we helped improve efficiency and boost overall engagement with ProAg’s digital tools and resources. But we couldn’t stop there. Beyond redesigning the library itself, we refreshed all collateral resources and helped implement a co-branded print store for agents. The result was a more productive agent network that’s better equipped to serve farmers and ranchers across the country.
