Some Measure Hay in Tonnage — We Measure it in Decades

It started more than 75 years ago with a $300 quarter-page magazine ad — Vermeer’s first. Since then, we’ve helped American farmers and ranchers Roll Your Own, Buck the Trend and Do More with Vermeer hay and forage equipment. To be honest, it doesn’t hurt to work with a company who recently launched the world’s first self-propelled hay baler — voted “The Coolest Thing in Iowa.”

The Art and Science of Animal Health Marketing

Kemin is a world-renowned leader in key animal health ingredients and supplements. But the scientists developing and researching these products and the vets, animal nutritionists and livestock producers who use them can sometimes speak completely different languages (figuratively). We bridge that language barrier using creativity, addressing the challenges each audience faces along the way.

INTRODUCING ART (AND HIS WAY)

When we started working with Art’s Way, we first asked, “Who is Art?” and “What’s his way?” We discovered Art invented hard-working, back-of-the-lot farm equipment like forage boxes and manure spreaders. Art also passed down a no-nonsense approach to marketing. So, we created an engaging, plain-spoken, matter-of-fact personality to appeal to farmers and stand out among the big, corporate-speaking farm equipment manufacturers. That’s how work gets done!

Championing the Best

When you’re selling seed, business happens somewhere between the end of a dusty road and the neighbor’s kitchen table. It’s a relationship business, 100%. Our work? To strengthen the relationship between the farmer, the Champion Seed brand and the independent seed dealer who owns the relationship with their customer. While much of the industry was zigging away from independent dealers, we zagged and helped champion those relationships by building a strong brand and messaging that instills pride in Champion’s dealer partners.

The clarity and communication on projects is outstanding. We know exactly where our dollars are going and have a great picture of how the
different aspects are working for us. I also really love the team and seeing how they get along within the company. Happy teams do great work.
