Tom Flynn

The fourth-generation Flynn joined the family biz as a copywriter and production manager in 1993. Fast forward two decades and Tom now sits in the big office (AKA the Tom-mahal). When he’s not hiring the next creative superstar or visiting with a client, he’s writing ads or articles about anything from precision farming to forensic accounting.

Strengths: Strategic planning. B2C and B2B marketing. Copywriting. CEO stuff.
