Equipment Technogies, parent company of the Apache Sprayer, needed to boost sales in a sluggish ag economy. Current customers who had bought a sprayer at least 3 years prior were ideal prospects. But each would see different product improvements and benefits, depending on how old their current sprayer was. Using their existing customer database, we helped them develop a loyalty campaign with messaging specifically designed for each customer based on the product year of their current sprayer. The customized messaging was used throughout every campaign tactic including web landing pages, direct mailers, text messages, social media, paid media and eBlasts. Extensive tracking helped us identify areas where we could optimize the campaign on the fly.
