How We Turned the 5th Inning into a Marketing Event

Bank Iowa wanted a fun, memorable promotion that would increase brand awareness and demonstrate community investment at one of the biggest semi-professional sports venues in the country. Move over kiss-cam! The “Catch the Bird” campaign got fans on their feet during the 5th inning of every Iowa Cubs home game. The combination of branded frisbees with cash prizes attached and a few clever videos played on the scoreboard at every game was a hit with lucky fans who shared their winnings regularly via social media.
