How we created a custom trade show booth that doubled as an after-hours event venue

For years, Bratney Companies’ presence at the American Seed Trade Association (ASTA) Show in Chicago couldn’t be missed. Their large booth space with a tried-and-true display had been successful for years. They also hosted a big evening social event at one of the hotels for customers and prospects. However, they were finding their after-hours event was seeing a lot more competition from others who also wanted the attention of the same customer base. So, they wanted to change things up.

We helped them design a completely custom, modular trade show booth that reduced setup time and labor and allowed them to convert their show hours presence to an invite-only venue after-hours to keep key attendees with them longer and in a more social setting. Counter-height tables, bar stools and a serving cart filled with cool beverages made it easy to switch to an environment more conducive to closing the deal after the buzz of the show closed down for the day. And the modular design allowed pieces to be used separately when Bratney exhibited at smaller shows and events.
